Regarding postage schedule - typically we dispatch on a Tuesday by special delivery, and your parcel will arrive on a Wednesday by 13:00. Someone will need to be home to receive the parcel or royal mail will not deliver it. If you would prefer us to dispatch on a different day please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

When night time temperatures are especially low or daytime temps are especially high, we may need to make changes to our delivery schedules but we will always contact you to keep you updated and to rearrange delivery as soon as possible.

When purchasing through the online store you will be asked for a telephone number - Please provide us with a genuine number as the only time we will use this number is if we need to communicate with you about your order. It is really helpful and much quicker than waiting for people to reply to emails. Often I will just send a text, so not to cause interruptions for customers.  Not having this quick way to get in touch can slow down your order being sent out if we need to check anything with you or if we need to rearrange delivery for a different day.
